The Swan Valley covers the area from just south of Bigfork approximately 80 miles down Highway 83 to Seeley Lake. This area sits in the middle of the Flathead National Forest just one range over from Flathead Lake. Swan Valley has an unending supply of creeks, streams, lakes and gravel roads that disappear up into the forest to make it easy to explore someplace new virtually every week. The Swan River meanders through the Swan Valley creating ample opportunity for rafting, kayaking and some spectacular float trips. Drive to the top of Napa point then take off into the forest on the trailhead to get back into the woods at cooler elevation.
